Through our scheduling form, we offer prospects the opportunity to book free consultation sessions. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding your name, email, company, and project scope.
• Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time slot. We operate under West Africa Time (WAT).
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. You may reschedule by replying to the confirmation email or using the contact information provided on our website.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any booking if there is a scheduling conflict, a lack of consultant availability, or if we suspect spam or malicious intent.

4.User Conduct & Content Guidelines

When utilizing our booking forms, contact modules, or contributing comments/posts (where applicable) on our platform:

• You warrant that any details you submit are truthful and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You agree not to upload or transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any other code designed to interrupt or corrupt website databases or processes.
• You agree not to bypass security measures, including reCAPTCHA verifications, or make excessive automated requests to our endpoints.

5.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
